1. Items Eligible for Return or Refund
•Tahbib Ltd Products (in-stock, non-custom):
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
•Print-on-Demand Products:
These are custom made and therefore not eligible for return unless:
•The item is defective or damaged
•There’s a printing or sizing error (not due to customer input)

•Customized or made-to-order products
•Gift cards or promo items
•Sale items marked as “final sale”

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@tahbibx.com with:
•Your order number
•Photos showing damage or error (if applicable)
•Description of the issue
Our team will assess your request and respond within 3 working days.

4. Refund Process
•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•If your order was paid partially or fully using store credit, the refund will be in store credit.

5. Return Shipping
•For in-stock items, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
•For defective or incorrect items, we’ll arrange return shipping or offer a replacement at no cost.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or production has started (usually within 12 hours). Please contact us immediately after placing your order if a cancellation is needed.
